ROBERT HILL, President
Robert Hill is a 25 year veteran of the retail brokerage and development industry. Prior to starting Retail sites LLC Mr. Hill was an Executive Vice President of Site Development, Inc. and InterState Commercial Real Estate (ICRE). Mr. Hill was responsible for the identification and acquisition of over 75 sites for Commerce Bank, and over 50 sites for Jiffy Lube, CVS, Starbucks and Kinder Care in multiple metropolitan locations. In addition, Mr. Hill was in charge of the acquisition, development and leasing of over 600,000 square feet of retail centers. Mr. Hill is a graduate of the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and is active in the community as a President of the Moorestown Education Foundation serving to support the Mooretown Public Schools and a Member of the Board of Urban Promise a private school in Camden whose mission is to equip children and teens with the skills necessary for academic achievement, life management, spiritual growth and leadership.

MORGAN HILL, Associate
Morgan Hill, Associate, joined Retail Sites in January 2010 to focus on leasing and tenant representation services. Ms. Hill is a 2009 graduate of the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania with a concentration in Real Estate. Prior to graduating, Morgan held
internships at Interstate Commercial assisting in site selection activities and Pennsylvania Real Estate Investment Trust where she supported the leasing department. While at Wharton, Ms. Hill served as Research Assistant in the Wharton Real Estate Department.

DAVE VITALI, Associate
Prior to joining Retail Sites in 2011, Mr. Vitali was a Sales Associate with Fameco Real Estate actively involved in both owner and tenant representation. David worked closely with several national retailers looking to enter the Philadelphia Metro Market. As a former owner of a successful Lighting and Home Furnishing store, David brings a first-hand understanding of retail and real estate. David graduated from the University of Pennsylvania where he received a B.A. in Economics.
DONNA MCDEVITT, Administrative Assistant
Prior to joining Retail Sites in 2011, Donna worked as a Partner Secretary at PriceWaterhouseCoopers LLP, and as an Assistant to the Employee Relations Manager with The Hertz Corporation.
