Founded by Robert M. Hill, Retail Sites LLC provides site location and site development services to financial institutions, retailers, automotive and medical institutions. Our services include a complete range of brokerage and development capabilities such as: market analysis, location targeting, brokerage, securing land use permits, land acquisition and complete build to suit arrangements.

We also represent owners and landlords in the leasing, sale or redevelopment of existing real estate assets.

The goal of Retail Sites is to help you accomplish your organization’s real estate goals in a timely manner for with minimal use of corporate overhead and resources.

Retail Sites also develops and acquires free-standing commercial projects, and neighborhood retail centers in the Mid-Atlantic markets for its own account. We are actively looking for development opportunities from 1 acre to 50 acres throughout Eastern Pennsylvania, all of New Jersey and Delaware.
