Retail Sites is proud to welcome Dave Vitali and Donna McDevitt to our team. Prior to joining Retail Sites in 2011, Mr. Vitali was a Sales Associate with Fameco Real Estate actively involved in both owner and tenant representation. Prior to joining Retail Sites in 2011, Donna worked as a Partner Secretary at PriceWaterhouseCoopers LLP, and as an Assistant to the Employee Relations Manager with The Hertz Corporation.
Snyder Square is pleased to announce STS Tires will be joining Giant Food, CVS, and TD bank at Snyder Square with a projected opening in late 2011.

Retail Sites LLC provides site location and site development services to financial institutions, retailers, medical and non-profits in the Mid-Atlantic Region. Services include market analysis, location targeting, brokerage, securing land use approvals and permits, land acquisition and complete build to suit arrangements as well as sale leaseback transactions. In addition, we represent owners and landlords in leasing and developing their properties to the highest and best use whether by leasing, redevelopment or sale.

DEVELOPMENT AND ACQUISITIONS
Retail Sites, LLC is active in the development and acquisition of community and neighborhood shopping centers net leased and medical projects. for its own portfolio and in joint ventures with institutional and private investors. We recently completed the development of a 90,000 sf Giant Food anchored center in Boyertown, PA, and we are always seeking new opportunities for new development and acquisition.
