New signed leases:
We are proud to represent Giant Food Store LLC in two new fuel facility location leases: Wynnewood, Pa and Montgomeryville, PA.
Diamond Federal Credit Union has signed a lease and will be joining Giant Food, Gamestop and Hallmark Cards at Douglass Town Center with a projected opening in 2014. Retail Sites LLC represented the landlord.
Retail Sites announces 3 new development projects:
- Brookhaven, PA. Edgmont Avenue and Coeburn Blvd. 22 acre proposed Giant Food anchored shopping cener.
- Gilbertsville, PA. RT 100 and County Line Road. 45 acre proposed mixed use expansion of Giant Food anchored Douglass Town Shopping Center.
- Frazer, Pa. Rt 30 and Rt 352. A 8 acre proposed multiple pad development.
